Driver requirements
- Minimum age of 25 years
- B driving license with more than 2 years of seniority
- Valid ID card or Passport
- Credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit
Payment methods
To confirm your booking, we follow the following payment process:
- 30% of the total when making the reservation
- 70% remaining 15 days before pickup
- We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer payments
Insurance and coverage
All our campers include comprehensive insurance with excess.
Included in the rental:
- Mandatory third-party insurance
- 24-hour roadside assistance
Pickup and return
Pickup and return takes place at our facilities in Cantabria.

Tenant responsibilities
During the rental period, the customer agrees to:
Not allowed:
- • Smoking inside the camper
- • Pets (ask about exceptions)
- • Driving on unpaved roads
- • Subletting or transferring the vehicle to third parties
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before: 100% refund
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before: No refund
